Here’s The Process

Your Peace Energy advisor will contact you within 2 business days to book an initial EnerGuide home evaluation. This is also the time to apply for the Greener Homes Grant.
You will receive an email to confirm the appointment. It will have all the information you need to prepare for the evaluation.
At the scheduled time, your advisor will come to your home. The entire evaluation takes 1.5 - 2 hours.
Within 1 week of your evaluation, you will receive the written report by email. The formal report includes recommendations for what retrofits are in which order so that you know what to do first. We can even recommend contractors and builders experienced with the materials and systems that make a house sustainable. ● Choose a contractor and complete your renovations.
Schedule a post-retrofit evaluation with your advisor. Submit the final documentation to NRCan online.
